INVITATION TO BID

The Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on September 5, 2017 at 3:00 PM at PBSP Head Office, Intramuros, Manila.

Bid documents will be available during the Pre-Bid Conference upon payment of the corresponding non-refundable bid fee.

Deadline for submission of Letter of Intent is on September 5, 2017 until 3:00 PM.
