Livelihood Enterprise Development Program

PBSP’s Livelihood and Enterprise Development Program is focused on promoting inclusive business by supporting agro-enterprise value chain development and improving access to jobs through skills upgrading and employment facilitation. The program also seeks to expand economic opportunities through engagement of the private sector and partner organizations.

Inclusive Business as a Strategy

Agribusiness and MSME Development

This program helps identify collective impact sites and communities to develop high value crops and priority commodities that provide better income to families and links them to value chain of companies for a more sustainable livelihood.

Workforce Development

Gainful employment is seen as another means to improve income in poor families. Target-beneficiaries are provided with market-driven skills training that would match them for employment.
