Junior Area Facilitator

The tasks
Oversee the field implementation / monitoring of advocacy, trainings and technical assistance activities for Local Government Units (LGUs), Public Private Mix DOTS (PPMDs) and other partners in his/her work area as stipulated in the IMPACT annual work plan and budget. Work closely with the Regional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the IMPACT project approved by the Chief of Party and the Cognizant Technical Officer of USAID.
The Requirements
• College degree in Social Sciences, Economics or related field; preferably with Master’s units.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience with PBS or other health related agencies. With expertise in any or all of the following: Institution building, training\consulting, health projects, notably TB; policy advocacy, health systems installation.
• With good supervisory, training/consulting negotiating and facilitating skills; good verbal and written communication skills; can relate well with all levels of staff, donor agencies, government line agencies and local government units, computer literate.
