eM-Health Specialist – (PMO Health-IMPACT)

The Tasks

As eM-Health Specialist, s/he will oversee all activities related to the development and operationalization of electronic-based health communication and information management systems and technologies for the project. S/he will closely coordinate with DOH-IMS, DOH-NTP and other institutions & projects doing related work.

 

The Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in IT and/or telco industry

• Must have experience in IT project management (Project Management Professional certification preferred)

• Must be knowledgeable in designing, developing and implementing SMS/MMS/voice and mobile application value added services (VAS)

• Must be knowledgeable in the following: a) international interoperability standards such as HL7, ICD-10, LOINC; b) governing and managing enterprise IT systems; c) international patient privacy and d) IT security standards

• Preferably has at least 3 years of experience in health IT field

• Preferably knowledgeable of public health but not required
