ANDRES SORIANO FOUNDATION, INC.

Andres Soriano Foundation, in partnership with Cuyo, Palawan, implements a coastal resource management project for Manamoc Island that aims to improve the lives of the coastal communities. The project established a 108-hectare Marine Protected Area or MPA on the coastlines covering critical marine ecosystems where seven marine sanctuaries and two mangrove forests are now protected.  Solar Power Systems have been installed to provide electricity for the health center, village hall, and school buildings.
