Building Peace Through Education: Improving quality and access in Mindanao

A great part of PBSP’s education program is implemented in Mindanao.

Through PBSP, AECID and Fundacion Humanismo y Democracia (H+D) donated bicycles to students in the Zamboanga Peninsula. This donation helps address the problem of many students who travel many kilometers to school on foot.

Partnerships with companies,and PBSP’s hard-earned resources help build and repair school buildings and science laboratories, grant scholarships, conduct reading camps, train teachers, provide livelihood opportunities for parents, feed schoolchildren and more.
