The parties agreed that DAR shall provide capacity development resources to support farmers and DAR field implementers while CRS shall provide agro-enterprise learning resource materials with PBSP leading and jointly collaborating with all partners in the advocacy and promotion efforts of the project partnership in addition to market linkaging, among others.
