PBSP receives a token of gratitude from OPARR

Usec. Danilo Antonio of Office of the Presidential Assistant for Rehabilitation and Recovery (OPARR) presents a simple token of appreciation to Rapa Lopa, Executive Director of PBSP, during a simple ceremony at the PBSP Office. OPARR is giving simple tokens of recognition to Development and Sector Sponsors who worked tirelessly and diligently in helping build back better, safer and faster in Yolanda hit areas. Tokens were made by the Brgy. Gabuc Fisherfolks Association, Pontevedra, Capiz from driftwood that naturally drifted to shore.
