Dow Chemical Philippines and PBSP sign MOA

Representatives from Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), Dow Chemical Philippines and the local government of Las Piñas City sign the Memorandum of Agreement on Strengthening Community Preparedness and Response Project Phase 2.
